FAQ

What is the difference between Smudged, Classic and Dhoop?

Smudged sticks are rolled in real dried petals of the base flower over a bamboo core. Classic sticks are hand-rolled on bamboo without the petal layer. Bamboo-free dhoop has no stick at all and burns completely. Read our Ritual Guide for more.

Are your incense sticks charcoal-free?

Yes. No Nammah product contains charcoal.

What are they made of?

Natural herbs, resins, essential oils, dried temple flowers and herbal extracts. Smudged and Classic sticks have a natural bamboo core; our dhoop has none.

How many sticks are in a box?

Each box contains 40 sticks, wrapped in Nammah butter paper.

How long do they last?

Best before 36 months from the date of manufacture. Store in a cool, dry place and keep the box closed to preserve the fragrance.

Is the smoke safe for my family and pets?

Our sticks are made without charcoal and with natural ingredients, but all incense produces smoke. Burn in a well-ventilated room, keep away from children and pets, and avoid burning near anyone with breathing sensitivities.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship across India. See our Shipping Policy for timelines and charges.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Because incense is a consumable product, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for details.

Do you offer gifting or corporate orders?
