Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship across India and to international destinations, subject to serviceability of your address by our courier partners.

Courier partners

Orders are shipped through Shiprocket and Delhivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS.

Processing and delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched from Jaipur, Rajasthan. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and are shown at checkout or shared with your tracking details. International delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs clearance.

Shipping charges

Delivery within India costs ₹30 and is free on orders above ₹499. International shipping charges are shown at checkout. The exact amount you pay is always shown at checkout before you place your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available within India on orders of ₹300 and above, subject to serviceability of your pin code. To pay on delivery, choose the delivery option "Cash on Delivery (incl. ₹40 COD fee)" at checkout.

A COD fee of ₹40 is charged in addition to the price of your products. In total, delivery and COD charges are ₹70 on orders below ₹500 (₹30 delivery + ₹40 COD fee) and ₹40 on orders of ₹500 and above, where delivery is free. Orders paid online (UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets) do not carry the COD fee. Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.

International orders

Customs duties, import taxes or other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
