Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Every Nammah product is packed with care. Because our products are used in rituals and are consumable, we accept returns only in the cases below.

Eligible for return

The product arrived damaged.
You received the wrong product.

How to request a return

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nammah.rituals@gmail.com or +91 9837292225 and share:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos showing the damage or the wrong item

Once we verify the issue, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Not eligible for return

Change of mind
Personal preference, including fragrance preference
Products that have been opened
Products that have been used

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange the refund. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
